A smokehouse, butchery and smallgoods maker. We use free-range and grass fed animals from South West WA.

Our smallgoods are made using traditional techniques with minimal additives.

The Farm House is a smokehouse and butchery located near Margaret River on Caves Road. We attend the Farmers Market every Saturday where we sell a range of fresh meat and charcuterie. We offer authentic paddock to plate products.

Lamb. The Arkady flock grazes the hillsides of Lynford Farm, a property owned by the Houghton family located on Wild Horse creek, a tributary of our mighty Blackwood River. The Arkady lambs are bred specifically for their meat.  British Dorset renowned for their meat quality are crossbred with Merino ewes.

Pork. The Big Red herd resides on the Hohnen family’s Palm Springs farm, 17km south of Margaret River on the McCleod creek. The sows are a composite breed of Tamworth, Berkshire and Duroc. The pigs free range in woodland and pasture with access to wallows.

Charcuterie. We make a range of hand made products using no artificial colours, flavours or emulsifiers in cured meats. The recipes are our own, which have been adapted over several years. We blend and grind our own spices in house.
