Founder Margot Foley first discovered the world of fermented vegetables when making a conscious effort to incorporate more nutrient dense foods into her diet and looking to mix up the flavours on her plate. She was hooked immediately on the flavours of fermented vegetables and the myriad of health benefits these powerful probiotic foods contain.
