Hi, I’m Nadia. I live in the town of Margaret River, and with my businesses, Harlequin Desserts & Chocolate, I create all manner of delicious sweet things, with a particular emphasis on gluten free production, and using as much local, seasonal produce as I can.
I’ve not eaten gluten since a bout of sickness age 3, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure that anyone who is also GF doesn’t have to solely choose between Orange and Almond cake or Flourless Chocolate Cake ever again. (And really, done right, the glutenous can be gluttonous and never even know.)
I also do wedding, birthday and all manner of special-occasion baking.
I’m at the markets almost every Saturday – pop by, have a chat and stroll away sugar fixed.
