Hi, my name is Maelys, I’m a French professional chef living in the beautiful Margaret River area since 2013 while working in multiple local restaurants.
My passion for baking has always been here. And I always dreamed to open my own business and sell pretty little macarons and french pastries. Guess dreams are meant to come true!
I love to share my culture with the community.
My goal is for people in the Margaret River area to be able to travel to Paris in a bite. And I hope this is how my macarons and sweets will make you feel!
