My name is Dale. I run my small batch coffee roastery and cafe in Cowaramup – a charming small town nestled in the beautiful Margaret River region. I am passionate about what I do and focus on quality, striving for perfection in each cup and every roast. My love of coffee comes from my Mediterranean roots. Growing up on the beautiful Island of Malta, with heavy Sicilian and Italian influences, coffee is a part of life, a ritual and quality in the cup is a must.
