Margaret River Cracker Company

With the Margaret River region showcasing some of the world’s best wine, cheese and gourmet produce, Nicci and Bryce were surprised when they were not able to find a local cracker biscuit to accompany their cheese platter. So, one Saturday at the Farmer’s Market they collected some fresh produce off the local vendors and set about creating a gourmet cracker that would truly represent the South West.
They now use many local ingredients including Osmington Organic Garlic, Margaret River Chillies, Jaclyn’s Fresh Herbs, Harvey Blue Cheese, Margaret River Cheddar, Manjimup Truffles and even rosemary from their own garden! They currently have 14 flavours, including a Gluten Free Range so that no one has to go without 🙂
Their crackers won several Gold and Silver awards at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Show last year and in July 2018 they proudly won a Silver, two Gold and Champion of the Snack Food category at the Perth Royal Food Awards!! Come and taste these award winning crackers and meet Nicci and Bryce (and their little girls) at Farmers Market ever Saturday morning 🙂
