All Nicole’s options are gluten free and organic and local where possible and she always has Vegan and Vegetarian offerings available.
Nicole also makes Icy Delights icy poles and fresh ice-creams & sorbets made with local seasonal fresh fruits and local milk. Nicole spends the time to source fresh local fruits to add to her delicious icy poles. Then either cold pressed or blended in combinations to suit each of their unique flavours .
