Bettenay’s Margaret River Nougat
Established in 1989, Bettenay’s Margaret River is a family owned and operated vineyard producing an exciting line-up of award-winning wines, as well as hand-crafted nougat from a secret family recipe.
Each batch of our rich, creamy nougat is lovingly handmade using only the finest fruits and nuts, which we source as locally as possible. With over 30 flavours on offer, there’s something for every tastebud – whether you’re a tropical fruit fanatic, coffee addict, berry-lover or just like your sweet treats plain and simple.
If you’re after something extra special, our nougat-inspired liqueur “Nougaretto” is the perfect after dinner treat, available in two delectable flavours – Honey Almond and Coffee!
Come and see us at the Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning to try a selection of our top-sellers, or at our cellar door 7 days a week, from 10am – 5pm.
