Fun farmhouse ales including a Hugh, a gluten free mid strength pale ale 3.5%abv and Margot, a blonde saison 4.0%abv and seriously different, cold brew coffee. Karl, a Sparkling Hopped cold brew and Neil, a oaked nitro cold brew.
We also hand farm pink oyster mushrooms, no boring buttons here. Grown with pleasure with an eye to sustainability on our spent coffee grinds and brewers grain, and some additional coffee grinds from local Margaret River cafes.
