Founder Margot Foley first discovered the world of fermented vegetables when making a conscious effort to incorporate more nutrient dense foods into her diet and looking to mix up the flavours on her plate. She was hooked immediately on the flavours of fermented vegetables and the myriad of health benefits these powerful probiotic foods contain.

It was at this point Foley’s moved from a hobby to a business, and the she began selling her sauerkrauts and gut shots to local stores and Farmers Markets. Since then, many more people have fallen in love with Foley’s Frothing Fermentations, which these days can be found in stockists nationwide.
